NICK FITZPATRICK, CCIM

Expertise matters. Nick has been with several iterations of the firm since 2014. Nick’s professional growth and the firm’s go hand in hand and he is honored to lead the team in the ways granted to him.

For Knapp Commercial Advisors, Nick leads the company’s efforts in Cobb County.

Nick brokers commercial real estate for Cobb and Fulton County investors and business owners, with a focus on Office and Industrial assets. Nick’s years of experience have led him to develop the DEED Framework. The DEED Framework is his proprietary method for buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate.

Nick’s dispassionate analytical mindset, attention to detail and deal-making personality provide his clients with an unparalleled path for success. He often jokes his best three attributes are his market knowledge, quick response to phone calls and ability to build bridges with others.

He’s a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, NAIOP, Cobb Chamber, ICSC and various other industry and civic associations.

Outside of Real Estate, Nick is married to the wonderful Gwendolyn and is father to two energetic toddlers. They reside in East Cobb.

He is a Door Holder on the Parking Team at Passion City Church in Cobb County and serves on teams for LOVE ATLANTA and Passion Conferences. Jesus is the lead story in his life and his belief is that through brokerage, the Gospel of Jesus will spread.

Nick is an avid Braves fan and loves landscaping his yard. He’s a member of the HOA Board in their neighborhood. You can’t change the world if you don’t start with your own neighborhood.

Nick graduated the University of Florida with an BA in Political Science and a Masters of Science in Business Management. Nick holds the prestigious CCIM designation.
